ORDER CONFIRMATION 

As soon as you place your order, we will confirm that the product you have purchased is in stock and available for immediate shipment. 
 
If the product is temporarily out of stock, this will be flagged with when we expect the product to be back in stock. You can still place an order for a product that is temporarily out of stock and once the product is back in stock, we will then advise you of an actual delivery date. 
 
Once confirmed we will issue a written Order Confirmation to confirm we've accepted your order, together with an expected delivery date. Once payment has been processed and made (or, where the Customer has selected the finance option, when the finance has been accepted) your order will be dispatched to meet the expected delivery date. If there is any delay, we will contact you to advise you as soon as the delay becomes apparent, with a revised delivery date. 
 
If the delay is likely to be substantial (in excess of 14 working days or longer), the Customer can contact the Customer Service Team by email on info@luxuryforhomes.co.uk to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid. Your cancelation will be confirmed to you and a full refund will be made. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. 

ORDER DELIVERY 

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card (or, where the Customer has selected the finance option, when the finance has been accepted) and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. 
 
We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@luxuryforhomes.co.uk so that we can help. 
 
Please note, for flats or apartments, delivery is up to the first floor only (subject to suitable access). Otherwise, your order will be delivered into the ground floor entrance/area, whereby the driver will contact you to advise you of your delivery. A delivery signature will be required. 
 
Free delivery is for UK mainland & the Isle of Wight only. For orders to be sent to Northern Ireland, Eire, Highlands, Channel and other UK Offshore Islands, the Customer will be advised of a delivery charge (prior to an Order confirmation). 

DAMAGES UPON DELIVERY 

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please notify us in writing within three working days and include clear photos of the damaged items to info@luxuryforhomes.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. 

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS & REFUNDS 

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the customer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. 
 
If you have received the product(s) and you then decide to return these item(s), you must notify us within 14 days of receipt by contacting the Customer Service Team confirmed in writing to info@luxuryforhomes.co.uk Any products returned are subject to the goods being in a full resalable condition. You (the customer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
