Do you have a store I can visit? 
Sorry, we do not. By selling on-line, we avoid the additional costs of running a site store, thus offering the best prices for the quality of the products we supply and a direct and fast service from our selected UK manufacturers. 
 
You can order free swatches for our products before you decide to buy on-line by completing the Swatch Order Form. We also offer free delivery, and a no quibble returns service on all products.

How do I contact you?

Mon-Thu: 9am-6pm 
Fri: 9am-5:30pm 
Sat and bank holidays: 10am-4pm 
Sun: Closed 
 
Outside our opening times, you can leave a message, and we will respond within 24 hours. Please quote your name, telephone number and if possible your email address. We will not pass your contact details onto anyone else.

How do I place an order? 
You can order anytime through our website for a free delivery. As soon as you place an order, we will confirm that the product you have purchased is in stock and available for immediate shipment. 
 
Should a product be temporary out of stock, an expected delivery date will be provided, and we will contact you when stock arrives to confirm your delivery. Once confirmed we will issue a written Order Confirmation for your order, together with an expected delivery date.

How quickly can I expect my order to be delivered? 
If your chosen item is in stock, it will be delivered within the next 3-5 working days. Should a product be temporary out of stock, an expected delivery date will be provided, and we will contact you when stock arrives to confirm your delivery. Once confirmed we will issue a written Order Confirmation for your order, together with an expected delivery date. 
 
We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@luxuryforhomes.co.uk so that we can help.

How do I order a swatch sample? 
We offer free swatch samples for most of our products. Simply choose the product and colour/pattern you want by completing the Swatch Order Form and we will dispatch this to you by First-Class post.

My order has been delivered but is damaged, faulty or parts are missing. 
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. We endeavour to ensure you receive your product in an excellent condition. However, should you find fault, damage or parts missing, please notify us within three working days. 
Please provide your order number, and what the issue is. Ideally please also include a photo of the damage/fault, as this will help us to resolve this quickly.

Can I cancel or return my order? 
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the customer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Can I re-schedule delivery of my order? 
All our deliveries are scheduled in advance. Please inform us at least 72 hours before your delivery is due to re-schedule your delivery, otherwise it may not be possible to amend it.

Can you take away my old furniture? 
I’m afraid we cannot. However, you can arrange this for either recycling or as a donation to a registered charity by visiting www.clearabee.co.uk/sofa-removal
